Before you leave Casablanca, visit the famous Hassan II Mosque. It is one of the most impressive religious sites in the world. This stunning mosque honors King Hassan II's 60th birthday. It looks out over the Atlantic Ocean. With its 210-meter-high minaret, the tallest in the world, it is the city's major landmark. The incredible Moroccan craftsmanship inside will amaze you. Seek out hand-carved stone and wood. Notice the ornate marble floors, gilded cedar ceilings, and lovely zellige mosaic tiles. You can take multilingual guided tours outside of prayer times. These tours offer visitors an insightful look at this architectural marvel.

Afterward, we will head to Rabat, the capital of Morocco. Rabat has must-see spots. Don't miss the Royal Palace and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. There are also many historic sites to explore. In Rabat, you will see the Royal Palace, the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the old city.

Next, we will continue our journey to Fes, the spiritual and cultural heart of Morocco. Overnight stay at a riad or hotel in Fes.

On the second day, after breakfast, you will meet our local guide in Fes for a half-day tour. Fes is a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of Morocco's oldest imperial cities. The founders set it up in 808. It became the first capital for politics, religion, and culture. Fes is well-known for its rich religious, intellectual, and cultural history.

Our tour will begin at the Golden Doors of the Royal Palace. Next, we'll go to a viewpoint. Here, you can admire the impressive walls of the Old Medina (Fes El-Bali). Then, we’ll stroll through the Medina. This will help you dive into the lively atmosphere and sense the deep emotions of this historic area. As we explore, you will visit the first university, Al-Qarawiyyin. We'll see the famous madrasahs, Attarine and Bou Inania. And we'll admire the intricate Nejjarine fountain. Next, we will visit the mausoleum of Moulay Idriss and the Karaouiyine mosque. Then,

Lunch is not included in the price of your walking tour. You will eat at a typical Moroccan restaurant in the old Medina. Next, we will go to the artisans' neighborhood. Here, skilled craftsmen keep alive the techniques they brought from Spain. They also maintain Andalusian art and style to this day.

After a great half-day city tour, we travel to the blue pearl, Chefchaouen, in the Rif Mountains. We will spend the night there.

On the 3rd day, after breakfast, we will have half a day to explore Chefchaouen. Moulay Ali Ben Moussa founded this blue pearl in the Rif Mountains as a small fortress in 1471. The town was under Spanish occupation until Morocco gained independence in 1956. Many call Chefchaouen the "Blue City." Its lovely medina has narrow streets and blue-and-white houses. This creates a magical and calm atmosphere. Its iconic blue-hued buildings will greet us. We will explore the medina with its Spanish-style architecture and winding alleys. Inside the medina, don’t miss the chance to walk up to "Ras El Maa Waterfall." This well-known water source rests at the mountain's peak. From here, the panoramic views of Chefchaouen will amaze you.

On your way to Ras El Maa, you'll see key sights like Place Outa El Hammam. This main square has cafés and restaurants, making it a great spot to relax. You'll also pass the Kasbah, an 18th-century fortress with beautiful gardens. After lunch in this beautiful town, we will make our way to Assilah through Tangier. In Tangier, we will make a short visit to its top attractions. These include the medina, Cap Spartel, and Hercules Cave. There will be some optional stops, too. Upon our entry into Assilah, we will check into our hotel. Dinner and overnight in Assilah.

On the last day of our 4-day trip from Casablanca to Chefchaouen, we will explore Assilah Medina, the Art City. Wander its narrow, mural-decorated alleyways and traditional buildings. Immerse yourself in the art and find hidden gems in this historic quarter. After exploring this city, we will go to Casablanca. There, we will end our 4-day tour of Casablanca.
